Our founder runs a family business in the jewelry industry, a trade that touches manufacturing, wholesale and retail all at once. That is where we learned the problems every business with physical products shares, and where every product we build is proven before it reaches yours.
Our story
Born inside a real business, engineered like enterprise software.
Tech Nexus US began with a simple frustration. The software available to independent businesses was either too basic to run a serious operation or too expensive and rigid to fit one. Our founder saw it first hand in his own family business in the jewelry industry, where a single product can pass through a manufacturer, a wholesaler and a retailer before it reaches a customer.
That experience became Trovv, with a complete edition for jewelers as its first industry. It is used in daily retail operations, so every feature is proven at the counter, not just in a demo. When retailers needed an online presence connected to their inventory, we built Trovv Storefronts. When we saw how much time wholesalers and manufacturers in every industry lose to phone calls, spreadsheets and scattered messages, we started TrovvB2B.
Jewelry was our starting point, not our limit. The same foundations serve any business that makes, distributes or sells tangible products: apparel, footwear, furniture, home goods, electronics, cosmetics and more.
Behind all of it is deep enterprise software experience, including large scale data integration in industries where accuracy and privacy are required by law. That background shapes how we build: secure by default, driven by data, and designed to be audited.
